Jenny Lipscomb

Jenny Lipscomb is a local entrepreneur, award-winning educator, and life long creative strategist who thrives at the intersection of community, design, and mentorship. A proud Nashville native, she has been investing in local youth since 2008, teaching in two area counties as a high school Career and Technical Education (CTE) teacher specializing in fashion design and human studies. Her long-standing dedication to student leadership has earned her both Teacher of the Year honors and awards from FCCLA and Jostens Renaissance.

Deeply connected to the Community Arts Collective’s mission, Jenny believes whole-heartedly that the arts give youth a vital place to belong. Having spent her teenage years in a show choir performing in concerts and musicals—where she valued the passion and community more than the solos—she knows firsthand that music is a total confidence game-changer. On the Board, Jenny blends her creative marketing mindset with her rockstar organizational skills to support CAC’s work. She is focused on building vibrant new bridges between the Collective and local schools, while actively engaging community champions and donors whose generosity helps keep these vital programs funded and accessible to every child.

Beyond the classroom, Jenny is the co-owner of Lipscomb Creative, a creative media and marketing agency she operates alongside her husband. When she isn't teaching or masterminding creative strategies, Jenny stays busy as a wife, active foster mom, serving at church, and cuddling with two cute pups. She is a lifelong hockey fan who also enjoys local soccer and baseball games. Jenny is an avid world traveler with a deep love for adventure-driven experiences. She and her husband love nothing more than exploring new corners of the globe, family time with those they love, and hunting down the area's best food venues.
